Blockium Labs ("we", "us") builds AI automation products and services. This page explains what data we collect when you use blockiumsolutions.shop and how we use it.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email address as provided by Google. If you make a purchase, our payment processor collects payment details directly — we do not store card or wallet credentials ourselves.
We use your account information to authenticate you, operate your dashboard and AI agent access, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional sign-in, and a payment processor for handling purchases. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
